Privacy

MURPH prep is a Murph workout tracker: an iPhone app and this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to work, we don’t track you, we don’t show ads, and we never sell your information.

This website

You can read this site without an account. Its public pages set no cookies, load no analytics or advertising scripts, and serve their fonts from our own server. The Memorial Day countdown runs entirely in your browser.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Your account

You sign in to the app with an emailed one-time code or with Sign in with Apple. We collect:

• Your email address, to create your account and send sign-in codes. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive only Apple’s private relay address.
• Workouts and other information you choose to record in the app, stored on your iPhone and in your account so it’s backed up and available when you sign in.

We use this information only to provide MURPH prep to you. We don’t use it for advertising, we don’t share it with data brokers, and we don’t sell it.

Who helps us run it

A few service providers process information on our behalf, only to run MURPH prep:

• Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in, on servers in the United States.
• Postmark delivers sign-in emails.
• Our web host serves this website.
• Apple, if you choose Sign in with Apple.

Keeping it safe

Information travels over encrypted connections, and your account’s data is available only to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you trust us with.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email info@murph-prep.app from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it within 30 days. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes the copy on your phone but not your account.

Children

MURPH prep isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

As MURPH prep grows, this policy will change with it. We’ll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
