Common questions

My sign-in code never arrived

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from MURPH prep. Codes are 6 digits and work for an hour. If it’s still missing, wait a minute and request a new one, and make sure the address you typed is right.

I signed in with Apple and hid my email

That’s fine. Your account uses Apple’s private relay address, and Sign in with Apple will always bring you back to the same account. If you write to us, mention that you use Sign in with Apple so we can find your account.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email info@murph-prep.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll remove your account and everything in it within 30 days. Our privacy policy has the details.

Something isn’t working

Tell us what happened and what you expected. Your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (in the app’s Settings) help us track it down quickly. A screenshot is worth a thousand words.
